What we store

Candidate master data (name, contact, resume) you enter or collect via the application form. Applications, evaluations, and notes your team records. Audit log with timestamp + actor per change.

Retention

Set a retention window per candidate (e.g. 6 months after rejection). KI BMS helps you anonymise on expiry - identifying fields cleared, aggregate stats kept. Hard delete is one click.

Where data lives

Servers in Germany. Data processing agreement (DPA) signed on request. No third-country transfer without explicit opt-in.

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection. Reach us via KI BMS support - we reply within 72 hours.
