Why this tool exists

We worked in HR teams for years recruiting with tools built for something else. Personio could do everything - but slowly. Greenhouse was strong - but expensive and built around US market logic. Sheets-with-colours was honest - but by application twelve it was clear scale wasn't happening. We then asked: what would an ATS we'd build ourselves look like if we started over? The answer was short - fast setup, KI pre-sort with reasoning, three email templates, one pipeline, GDPR defaults out of the box. Nothing more. That's KI BMS.

How we work

Direct line. You email, one of us replies. No ticket system, no tier-1 support. For a special requirement with real customer logic, we build it within days and you get it as part of your regular plan. No lock-in. Full export with one click, in JSON, CSV, or via the API in 15 languages. If you decide to leave, we walk the first two steps with you. Hosted in Germany. Servers in Frankfurt, DPA in one business day. We love when your IT team has questions - the /security page exists for that.
